My husband and I were ecstatic when we learned I was pregnant with our first child. That night, we had dinner at our favorite restaurant, and I pigged out on steak, baked potatoes and the all-you-can-eat soup, salad and dessert bar. I’m 5′ 8″ tall, and had always eaten like a lumberjack without my size 5 jeans ever feeling too tight.
