Staying Healthy After 20

Many people think that your twenties are the best years of your life. They can be if you stay in shape and stay on top of your diet and exercising. The reason I say this is because so many people begin to gain weight after 20 years old. They don’t work out as much they get full time jobs they start drinking beer, they are not doing as many active things as they used to do and that’s when the belly starts to expand, the face starts to round and things can go down hill from there pretty quickly.
